Lacey has been knee deep in community causes since she was a teen. Over her career, she has worked for several non-profits and with business associations across the area. Recognized as the 2018 One Acadiana Ambassador of the Year and a 2019 “20 Under 40” Honoree, she is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette XXXI and has served on boards including of Vermilion Chamber of Commerce, Acadiana Society of Human Resource Management, One Acadiana, and the Leadership Institute of Acadiana.

“During my time with Advancial, I’ve been able to take the many things I’ve learned over the years and really give back to the home I love so much,” says Lacey. “I believe in doing my part to build a community that will support generations to come.”
