LAFAYETTE, La (press release) – One Acadiana released its 2025 annual report, Impact Report: Dedication in Action, highlighting a year of measurable progress and organizational impact across economic development, regional advocacy, workforce and talent development, and community engagement.
Marking the first year of the organization’s five-year strategic plan, IMPACT 2025 – 2029, One Acadiana delivered significant results across the nine-parish region.

- In 2025 alone, One Acadiana worked alongside regional and state partners to secure nearly $489 million in capital investment
- This investment resulted in 2,992 new direct jobs and
- $208 million in new annual payroll
Due to this progress, One Acadiana is increasing the IMPACT 2025-2029 goals by 50% across direct job creation, capital investment and new payroll for the remainder of the campaign.

Other key wins highlighted in One Acadiana’s 2025 Impact Report include certification of three new sites for future development, advancement of 18 legislative priorities, support of statewide economic development reform, launch of the ConnectEd initiative, the grand opening of Small Business Challenge winner Magnolia Pantry and more.
In total, One Acadiana hosted 27 events in 2025, welcomed 138 new members, celebrated more than 80 business milestones and earned statewide recognition for its Ambassador Program and communications.
