New One Acadiana Executive Committee Leaders Appointed

LAFAYETTE, La (press release) – One Acadiana announced three new appointments to its executive committee for a one-year term in 2026, made by Immediate Past Chairman Al Patin, CEO of Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.
“Each of these three business leaders has demonstrated a strong commitment to our region and to One Acadiana’s mission,” said One Acadiana President & CEO Troy Wayman. “Their willingness to serve, lead and provide thoughtful guidance is invaluable as we continue to advance economic opportunity across our nine parishes. We are grateful for their continued involvement and appreciate the experience and perspective they will contribute to our executive committee.”
New One Acadiana Executive Committee Leaders
- Kyle Bacon – Partner at Jones Walker
- Ben Berthelot – President and CEO of the Lafayette Convention and Visitors Commission
- Joe Zanco – President and CEO of Catalyst Bank
The organization shares that Bacon and Berthelot have provided long-standing leadership through their service on One Acadiana’s Board of Directors, while Zanco’s role as One Acadiana’s inaugural chairman in 2015 offers valuable institutional knowledge and experience as the organization advances its strategic priorities.
One Acadiana’s executive committee is composed of a dynamic group of business leaders who review, analyze and provide counsel on the organization’s performance and deliverables, while also offering strategic guidance related to organizational development and market influence across the nine-parish Acadiana region.
