Free Bach Lunch + Downtown Lafayette Summer Events
The Last Free Lunchtime Concert in the Bach Lunch Series and More Summer Events

LAFAYETTE, La. – On Friday, May 29, Downtown Lafayette will offer a free lunchtime concert, Bach Lunch, a part of a series held at Parc Sans Souci.
Organizers share that Bach Lunch is a great way for families, college students and the downtown workforce to enjoy their lunch break, as the perfect stop for Friday field trips in Acadiana.
Food vendors begin selling lunch at 11 a.m., with live music from 12-1 p.m. Bringing blankets and chairs is encouraged to enjoy the music in a picnic-style setting. This year, the Bach Lunch series expanded with a free Bach Brunch on Sunday, April 12, bringing the familiar energy of the Friday concert series to the weekend.
According to Downtown Lafayette, Bach Brunch featured Certified Blues, a band with deep roots of blues and rock that brings fresh enthusiasm and a modern edge to their performances.
