NEW ORLEANS (press release) – The Hondo Rodeo Fest makes its New Orleans debut at the Caesars Superdome April 10-12.
Featuring a mix of country music’s biggest names, in addition to some of the most iconic rock bands of all time, the headliners include Jason Aldean, Cody Johnson and Creed, in addition to performances by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Old Dominion and Bailey Zimmerman.
The New Orleans event marks the third Hondo Rodeo Fest, after launching in Nov. 2024 at Chase Field in Phoenix, Ariz. and returning for a sold-out event in Nov. 2025.
Organizers at The Hondo Rodeo Fest share that it is known for its dedication to providing an immersive fan experience for Western culture. The three-day experience is centered around an invite-only, champion-level rodeo format with a $1 million prize purse, nightly full concert series and Western-themed Street Fest.

Hondo Rodeo Fest Concert Schedule
Friday, April 10 – Jason Aldean & Lynyrd Skynyrd
Night one of The Hondo Rodeo Fest begins on Friday, April 10, with the return of country music icon Jason Aldean and opener Lynyrd Skynyrd, behind “Sweet Home Alabama,” “Free Bird” and more.
Saturday, April 11 – Cody Johnson & Old Dominion
The second night features multi-platinum selling artist Cody Johnson, fresh off his “Male Vocalist of the Year” win at the 59th Annual CMA Awards. Opening for Johnson is Old Dominion, the 8-time Academy of Country Music, 7-time Country Music Association Vocal Group of the Year.
Sunday, April 12 – Creed & Bailey Zimmerman
Closing the fest is Creed, a prominent rock band from the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, with three consecutive multi-platinum albums and hits like “Higher,” “With Arms Wide Open” and “One Last Breath.” Opening for Creed is multi-platinum singer-songwriter Bailey Zimmerman, one of country music’s brightest stars.

Hondo Rodeo Fest Ticket Details
Tickets include access to both the rodeo and the concert. Limited floor passes are also available to add to your ticket purchase for front-of-stage floor access to the concert, following the conclusion of the rodeo.
