One Acadiana Events: Dave & Buster’s, Rock ‘N’ Bowl and More

ACADIANA, La – One Acadiana, the economic development organization serving a nine-parish region in Acadiana, will host three One Acadiana events in February: Chamber Connections, Member Meetup and Legislative Outlook.Â
One Acadiana strives to host a dynamic program of events designed to connect business and community leaders from across the region.
According to its website, the organization’s events provide opportunities to build relationships, exchange ideas, explore collaborations and stay engaged with the regional business community with high-impact networking.
Additionally, members enjoy exclusive benefits, including reduced and complimentary registration for select events.
February One Acadiana Events
Feb. 4 – Chamber Connections: Member and Investor SocialÂ
When: Wednesday, Feb. 4, 5 – 7 p.m.
Where: Dave & Buster’s, 201 Spring Farm Rd., Lafayette, La
This after-hours networking event offers an engaging, laid-back atmosphere to connect with fellow One Acadiana members, investors, partners and 1A staff.
Registration includes unlimited game play, light bites and select beverages. Enjoy your first drink on One Acadiana, with a cash bar available after.
Feb. 20 – Member Meetup: Camellia Grove Townhomes
When:Â Friday, Feb. 20, 12 – 1 p.m.
Where:Â Camellia Grove Townhomes LLC, 705 E Bluebird Dr., Lafayette, La
Member Meetup is a new One Acadiana event series designed to provide 1A members, investors and partners with a convenient and casual opportunity to connect.
Hosted at businesses throughout the community, Member Meetups serve as a networking platform to strengthen relationships with fellow professionals across the region.
Camellia Grove will provide tours of the townhomes and the opportunity to view floor plans.
Feb. 25 – Legislative OutlookÂ
When:Â Wednesday, Feb. 25, 8 – 9:30 a.m.
Where: Rock ‘n’ Bowl de Lafayette, 905 Jefferson St., Lafayette, La
Join 1A for a dynamic conversation with Will Green, president & CEO of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI), and Dr. Steven Procopio, president of the Public Affairs Research Council (PAR).
Will Green will offer insight into LABI’s vision for business-focused policies in the upcoming regular session.
Dr. Procopio will expand on key policy issues, including the five Constitutional Amendments set for the May 16th ballot, providing essential information you need to know ahead of the election.
This event is an opportunity to get involved, stay informed and be part of conversations shaping Louisiana’s future.
