Lake Charles City Hall Showcases Local Student Talent with McNeese Student Art Association Exhibit

LAKE CHARLES, La (press release) – The City of Lake Charles is hosting a new exhibit featuring the extraordinary talents of the McNeese Student Art Association. Art on display is part of the city’s initiative to display quarterly exhibits with local connections on the 1st-floor lobby of Lake Charles City Hall. This dynamic showcase, running through Friday, March 28, highlights the creativity, innovation, and diverse perspectives of local student artists from McNeese State University. This exhibition will be located on the 1st floor lobby of Lake Charles City Hall (326 Pujo St).
The McNeese Student Art Association’s collaborative exhibit features six students and offer a unique opportunity to experience the next generation of artistic visionaries as they explore various mediums, styles, and themes. “Supporting our local student artists is vital to fostering a thriving arts community,” said Nic Hunter, Mayor of Lake Charles, in a release about the exhibit. “This exhibit not only celebrates their hard work and talent but also underscores the importance of providing a platform for emerging artists to share their voices.”
