Dyan Schnaars

Owner and Operator - Schnaars Law Firm

Dyan is the owner and operator of Schnaars Law Firm and practices primarily in family law. Dyan is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, and the Past President of the Paula K. Woodruff Family Law Section of the LSBA. She is a past recipient of Top 40 under 40, National Elite Attorneys, and was named one of the Top 3 Family Law Attorneys in Lafayette. She was honored by the LBA as an Outstanding Attorney for multiple years for her contribution of pro bono hours to aid the indigent in our community.

With a focus on community, Dyan also served for two years as Management Development VP for the Louisiana Junior Chamber of Commerce (Alexandria) as well as on the boards of the Lafayette Parish Library Foundation and Faith House.

Dyan attends First Baptist Lafayette and is actively involved in the choral music ministry there. In her spare time, Dyan is also an avid painter, thespian, and singer.
