Lance C. Beal, Partner and Co-Founder, has spent his adult life serving South Louisiana, first in uniform and now in the courtroom. An Erath native and Teurlings Catholic High School graduate, Lance attended the University of Louisiana. A combat veteran, he earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Southern University Law Center in 2018 and came home to Acadiana. He has coached youth sports for nine years and volunteers with the Acadiana Boys and Girls Club and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Both sides of the bar trust him; the Court has repeatedly appointed him Special Master in complex environmental and oilfield litigation. As a prosecutor, he secured Louisiana’s first fentanyl murder conviction. Today he represents injured people and grieving families in personal injury, wrongful death, and construction defect cases, winning multiple seven-figure recoveries for clients hurt through no fault of their own.

Kenny Hebert, Partner and Co-Founder at Beal & Hebert, focuses his practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving 18-wheeler and automobile accidents, premises liability, general injury, as well as a variety of civil litigation, having recovered millions of dollars for his clients. A product of Catholic High in New Iberia and a graduate of LSU and the Southern University Law Center, Kenny’s competitive and congenial nature is tailor-made for the Courtroom. As a civically minded citizen, Kenny has also served and continues to serve as an Assistant District Attorney for the past 13 years, successfully trying multiple judge and jury trials, and is also a member of many local boards and organizations.
