An unapologetically proud Southern woman, Mary Hays, with Geaux Run by Fleet Feet, is an avid sponsor of philosophic entities. Having lived amongst impoverished cultures around the world, including West Africa, Mary has experienced the very poor and the very rich and sympathizes with the plights of humans only seeking basic needs. After spending decades helping where she can, the process of giving back instills her with the pride of having made a difference in the lives of others.

A graduate from Our Lady of Fatima HS and University of Southwest Louisiana, Mary is the previous owner and manager of Teche Electric Supply and a retired Harley rider after traveling over two hundred thousand miles across the USA.  Mary has also led a long, dedicated life of athletics, participating in numerous races and triathlons, from short sprints to a full Ironman competition. One of her mottos is to “just keep moving”, a sentiment that she eagerly shares with others along their own life’s journey.
